1.Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gx555 ("gx555", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at gx555.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, video poker, and any promotional offerings.

2.2 gx555 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time for the purposes of age verification, identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC" checks), source of funds verification, or fraud prevention. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using gx555 services is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. gx555 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Pakistani users should independently verify the legal status of online gaming in their specific province or district before registering.

3.Account Registration & Management

3.1 Each User may hold only one (1) gx555 account. The operation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any pending balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and primary contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gx555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify gx555 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow third parties to place bets or access casino services through your gx555 account, whether for compensation or otherwise.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

gx555 implements a tiered KYC verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Standard verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be requested for enhanced verification at higher balance thresholds.

4.Deposits & Funding

4.1 gx555 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Supported methods and minimum deposit thresholds are subject to change; current information is displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. gx555 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits will be returned to the source account less any applicable processing fees.

4.3 gx555 does not charge deposit fees for standard Pakistani payment methods. Third-party processor charges, if any, are outside gx555's control and remain the User's responsibility.

4.4 Funds deposited to a gx555 account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational expenses. Deposited funds remain the property of the User until wagered or withdrawn, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

5.Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where gx555 has provided prior written approval for an alternative method following completed KYC verification.

5.2 gx555 targets the following standard processing times, which begin upon approval of a completed withdrawal request: JazzCash / Easypaisa — 1 to 4 hours; Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah) — 4 to 12 hours; USDT TRC-20 — 10 to 30 minutes. These timescales are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5.3 gx555 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

5.4 Where a bonus has been credited to an account, withdrawal of the bonus amount and any associated winnings is subject to the satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement as stated in the bonus terms at the time of offer.

5.5 gx555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or fraud investigation. Users will be notified of any such hold within 48 hours.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 gx555 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and should be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period are set out in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Only one promotion may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined unless specifically permitted.

6.4 gx555 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusive betting behaviour.

6.5 gx555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been credited and partially wagered in good faith.

7.Sports Betting Rules

7.1 All sports bets placed on gx555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error, gx555 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the User's account.

7.3 gx555's cricket betting markets cover PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other approved competitions. Specific settlement rules for each market type (match winner, top batsman, total runs, etc.) are published in the sportsbook rules section.

7.4 In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or curtailed before a result is determined under the applicable rules for that competition, gx555 will settle bets in accordance with the published sport-specific void and abandonment rules.

7.5 Bets placed after an event has started in circumstances where live betting is not offered, or bets placed on known results, will be voided and stakes returned.

7.6 gx555 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any account at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest the exploitation of pricing errors or systematic advantage play.

8.Casino Game Rules

8.1 All casino games available on the gx555 platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, RNG slots, video poker, table games, and game shows — are operated using certified software provided by licensed third-party game studios.

• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity in violation of applicable AML legislation;

• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your gx555 account.

9.2 gx555 reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of this Section, forfeit any outstanding balance in cases of fraud or money laundering, and report relevant information to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10.Responsible Gaming

12.Limitation of Liability

12.2 gx555's total aggregate liability to any User for any single cause of action shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13.Account Termination

13.1 You may close your gx555 account at any time by submitting a written request to the gx555 support team via live chat or the contact email address published on this Platform. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13.2 gx555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe;
• gx555 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

13.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gx555 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all or part of the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14.Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which gx555 holds its operating licence. gx555 operates in compliance with the international gaming licensing framework applicable to its corporate structure.

14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other matter, Users should first contact gx555 customer support via live chat. gx555 targets initial dispute response within 24 hours and final resolution within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information.

14.3 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body applicable under gx555's operating licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request from gx555 customer support.

14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents a User from seeking interim injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15.Amendments to These Terms

15.1 gx555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Users via email notification to the registered account address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the gx555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

15.3 The date at the top of these Terms reflects when they were last updated. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.
